High blood pressure can increase the risk of heart disease and strokes and is becoming more prevalent in the modern day world.
Drinking as little as 2-3 cups a day of hibiscus tea can lower your BP levels, working as well as prescriptive medications.

Please always inform your doctor when making dietary changes and do not take as well as prescriptive medication as it can reduce desired affects.
